Check your local Walmart's shoe department. Some stores are currently having shoes marked down.My local stores was not participating but two of the surrounding towns stores were. I was able to snag a pair of white flats for $3!
Most of the stuff was already cleared out by the time I got there but there was still some good stuff left like Angry Bird Slip-ons and men's tennis shoes, etc.
