CVS currently has Hallmark cards for $0.99 and when you buy 3 you receive $3.00 ECB (money back). Hallmark currently has a coupon up for $2 off of 3 cards. Thus making your total out of pocket $0.99 for three card and recieve $3 back in ECB's.
